1.1. This policy outlines the rules for processing personal data and using information about Users of the website at www.invigorum.com (hereinafter: “Service”). This document has been prepared by Invigorum Kacper Gębka, and the data administrator is Invigorum Kacper Gębka.

  • contacting related to order and inquiry handling (telephone, email, form),
  • handling complaints and any claims,

2.1. Data collected passively:
We automatically collect anonymous data such as IP address, visit time, browser type, or operating system. This data is used for statistical purposes through tools such as Google Analytics, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

2.2. Data actively provided by the User:

2.2.1. The User can fill out a contact form providing their first name, last name, email address, company name, or phone number. This data is processed for the necessary period, but no longer than until the objection is raised. 2.2.2. When contacting via the form or phone, the User provides their data, which is used solely to respond.

2.3. The User has the right to access, change, or delete their data by sending a request to contact@invigorum.com.

4. Security

We store personal data in a database with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards compliant with legal regulations, including the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

7. Contact with the administrator and reporting irregularities

In the case of personal data breaches, the User has the right to report the matter to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
